Complaint Committee personal behaviour KNAW - Registration

By filling out this form, you submit a complaint. On the webpage Complaint Committee personal behaviour KNAW (www.berenschot.nl/complaintcommitteeKNAW) you find general information, among which the complaint process.

The written complaint must include the following elements: your name, address and date of birth; a description of the nature, substance, date and place of the (instances of) unwanted conduct; the name of the person you are making the complaint about, and the names of any witnesses. The complaint must also describe the steps you have taken. Please also send us the documents relating to the complaint. You can also upload the complaint at the ‘Documents’ button.
